Beth is truly interested in your well-being and wants to support you in reaching your physical, emotional and spiritual goals.   She often describes herself as a cheerleader for her clients.  She brings master skills to support you. In addition to being a Level 2 QHHT®, BLSR Practitioner and awaiting LBL® Practitioner status (anticipated February 2025),  she is also a registered nurse, licensed attorney, judge and an ordained rabbi.  Beth has been a spiritual leader for 18+ years.  In addition to her committment as a spiritual hypnotherapist, she continues occasional work as a judge and writes a weekly column, along with many interfaith clergy, for the Reno Gazette Journal's Sunday Faith Forum. 
     She founded Temple Beth Or and was the rabbi there for 11 years, also rabbi at North Tahoe Hebrew Congregation and the Jewish community of Elko County.  She was the chair of the Nevada Center for Ethics & Health Policy and assistant professor at University of Nevada, Reno in ethics. She taught bioethics to senior and graduate students. She practiced law (primarily medical malpractice, personal injury, administrative and mediation) for 25 years. 
    She teaches community education classes in Jewish Mysticism / Kabbalah (April 2024), Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition (June 2024) and Between Lives - What Happens?  (October 2024, March 2025) through Truckee Meadows Community College.  She has taught there for more than 15 years.  She taught birth/death doulas about spiritual hypnotherapy in December 2024 (and again March 2025).  She also taught at Osher Life Long Learning Institute  about Hypnosis and the Afterlife (July 2024).  
     She is certified as a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, certified Practitioner of Jin Shin Jytsu, +💜HeartMath® Certified Practitioner, a certified maschgicha (able to kosher a commercial kitchen), and has been certified as a Functional Nutritional Informed Professional (CFNIP).  She also has a Clinical Hypnosis Training Certificate for Trauma & Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and completed courses in Past Life Soul Regression and Between Lives Soul Regression.              
     She and her husband Tom are certified through Rouxbe cooking school in Whole Food Plant-based (WFPB) cooking.  Beth and Tom enjoy WFPB cooking and are avid x-country skiers.  They hike and ski throughout the Reno/Sparks/Lake Tahoe area, along with their three dogs....and are currently working on roller skating at Roller Kingdom.
